Job Duties:
Produce gelato and sorbets according to Lola’s authentic recipes
Must have a strong grasp of producing and baking doughs, pastries and cookies from scratch
Assist with decorating cakes, cookies and pastries with precision and attention to detail
Follow production protocol and maintain quality standards
Assist with setting up baked goods and gelato areas of retail shop
Maintain a sanitized, organized and efficient work environment
Inventory management for BOH and FOH
Follow and update strict production schedules
Must have strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Must have teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently
Must be reliable and punctual
Perform other duties as required or assigned
Must have ability to lift 30-50 lbs
Must have ability to sanitize and operate commercial equipment
Employment terms: Seasonal, 24 hours/week
Wage: $18-$20/hr

Job Duties:
Serve gelato to customers
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages
Handle POS and cash transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow food safety guidelines and food handling procedures
Restock supplies as needed
Employment terms: Seasonal, 18-24 hours/week, Evenings and Weekends required
Wage: $17.75/hr
